Choose the desired artwork, and make note of the image code you will find in the bottom left of the image. Consider the size and printing options available. Send us an email with the details of your order. You will receive a confirmation email with an invoice.

do you take commisions to create custom illustarted artwork for clients?

Yes we do, send us a photograph and we will illustrate it for you. We can also modify our illustrations to give them a unique personal touch just for you - for example, we can replace the illustrations of the dogs in our 'Lonely Beach' illustration with a silhouette of your own dogs or childern.

how do i order?

how long does it take to get my order?

You should receive printed artwork within two weeks from ordering and payment in full. Original artworks (from photographs) can take up to 2 weeks to create. A low resolution proof of the artwork will be emailed to you to check, before being printed.

what are my payment options?

Payments can be made via PayPal, EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) or Direct Deposit. It is imperative to use your invoice number as a reference for payments into our account. No deliveries will be made until the payment has been confirmed by our bank.

how much are the delivery costs?

Delivery within South Africa is free for printing over R300 and couriered via Berco express. Contact info@thewallgallery.co.za if you are not in South Africa for international shipping rates.

will the print fade or lose colour?

Inks are guaranteed by our printers not to fade for 75 years under normal lighting conditions.

do your canvas prints have a protective coating?

Yes, our canvas prints are sprayed with a special protective coating that will protect them from dusting and cleaning.

do you attach hooks and string or any other type of hanging accessory, or will the client have to do this?

Canvases stretched on a frame have a 3mm backing hardboard with a centred hole drilled in it for easy hanging. The packaged product arrives at your doorstep ready to hang.

can i send any photograph to be illustrated?

Any image can be illustrated, but certain compositions and styles will look better than others. If you are really not sure, email a selection of images to info@thewallgallery.co.za and we will advise you on which images will work best.
